Two ways to start. Either you already have a BIM model and we classify, quantify and price it; or you have only 2D drawings and we vectorise them into a 3D model first, then do the same.

Cloud Run scales to zero between runs — **£0 idle**. A typical IFC run costs ~£0.05–0.20 GCP compute, zero LLM calls by default. A drawings-pack run costs the same on the local detectors, plus ~£0.05–£0.20 per page if you opt into the Sonnet vision fallback (capped at £0.50/run). 200 MB upload cap; 15 min Cloud Run timeout. Pre-recorded sample replays are free and instant.
